About the Summer Camps:

For the past twenty years, Shoreline Sports has offered sports camps that focus on an instruction-based curriculum in both sports and scripture.

Our camps are led by an administrator with 30+ years experience leading sports programs, a program director with 10+ years leading here at Shoreline Sports, a leadership team of 7 experienced directors and almost three dozen young counselors and coaches. Because our Summer Sports Camps require a top-notch staff, we demand extensive training for each worker. All of our workers go through 10+ hours of training on topics such as: sharing the gospel, what their role is, how to deal with difficult children, how to handle injuries, what to expect from camps, and many more.

Structure of Camps:

Camps are typically 2.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Because the camps are intended as a vehicle of instruction, the director will focus 80 – 90% of the time on skill-building. The time dedicated to scrimmaging increases each day.

Devotions will be presented each day of camp for 15 – 20 minutes. They will always be interactive with verbal reactions encouraged by the coaches.

Our typical attendance during the summer is 2,000 or more campers.
