Dan began working in the realm of sports in 1978 as a referee, a program coordinator, and a coach. He founded Shoreline Sports back in 1997 and has since been an integral part of its growth. His vision for the program is to reach as many people as he can for the kingdom of God.

Dan and his wife Jacki were married in 1982 and they have two adult daughters, Danielle and Breanna. He began working at Shoreline Christian School in 1994 and has been serving on church staff since 2006. In addition to his role in Shoreline Sports, he also functions as an associate pastor at Shoreline Baptist Church.

You may see him out walking all over Huntington Beach as his feet are his favorite mode of transportation. For many years his Astro van could be seen on campus almost any time of day (because he is always here). The beloved van has now officially been retired so if you’re looking for him, he is probably here but his van is no longer.
